By downloading, installing, or using the Propzo mobile application ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AgentSpace Technologies ("we", "us", "Propzo").
Propzo is a personal AI-powered CRM and task management application for individual real estate agents. It is a personal professional tool — not an agency or brokerage management system.
Propzo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with any real estate agency, developer, or regulatory body in the UAE. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of Propzo complies with any obligations they have to their employer or agency.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at legal@propzo.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Propzo accounts are personal — sharing credentials with others is prohibited.
All data you input into Propzo — including lead information, client notes, voice recordings, documents, and meeting records — remains your property. By using the Service, you grant Propzo a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We do not claim ownership of your data. We do not sell, share, or disclose your professional data to third parties, employers, agencies, or advertisers.

All new accounts receive a 30-day free trial of the Max plan. No credit card is required for the trial.
At the end of the trial, if no paid plan is selected, the account automatically downgrades to the free plan. Data is never deleted on downgrade. Usage limits of the free plan then apply.
Propzo uses AI technology (including Anthropic's Claude and OpenAI's Whisper) to generate summaries, recommendations, pitch guides, and transcriptions. These AI-generated outputs are suggestions intended to assist you and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, or financial advice.
You remain responsible for verifying the accuracy of any AI-generated content before using it in a professional context. You may disable AI features at any time from your account settings.
AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. Always verify property details, client information, and financial data independently before presenting to clients.
Property information in Propzo's database is sourced from publicly available developer materials and is provided for informational purposes only. Propzo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of any property listing.

The Propzo name, logo, application design, and all platform features are the intellectual property of AgentSpace Technologies. You may not use our trademarks, trade dress, or copyrighted materials without our written consent.
Your data remains yours — see Section 4.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Propzo's liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the total subscription fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of profits, deals, or data. Propzo is provided "as is" and "as available."
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export it.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
If you are a UAE-based user, these Terms do not limit any rights you may have under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
