Propzo is operated by AgentSpace Technologies, incorporated in India. We provide an AI-assisted CRM mobile application for real estate professionals in the UAE and beyond.

You consented to AI processing at account creation. To withdraw AI processing consent, contact us — AI features will be disabled on your account.
Your data is stored in Supabase PostgreSQL databases (encrypted at rest) and Cloudflare R2 object storage. All connections use TLS encryption. Access is protected by JWT authentication and role-based controls.
Files and voice notes are stored privately and accessible only through your authenticated account. We do not share your individual lead or client data with other Propzo users.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we permanently delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.
We are an India-registered company. Your data may be processed in India, the United States (Anthropic, OpenAI, Firebase), and the European Union (Supabase). By using Propzo, you consent to this cross-border transfer.
Each provider listed in Section 4 operates under appropriate data protection standards for their jurisdiction.

If you are based in the UAE, you have additional rights under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL). These include the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, as well as the right to know how your data is being used.
We are not a UAE-registered entity. We are an India-registered company providing services to UAE users. By using Propzo, you acknowledge this cross-border data transfer and consent to your data being processed outside the UAE.

Propzo is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, contact us immediately at privacy@propzo.ai and we will delete it promptly.
Material changes — including new third-party data processors or new uses of your data — will be notified in-app and require your re-acceptance before they take effect.
Minor changes such as clarifications or updated contact details may be made without prior notification.
