1. Who We Are

Propzo is operated by Lumiq Labs, incorporated in India. We provide an AI-assisted CRM mobile application for real estate professionals.

This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights over it.

2. Data We Collect

Data you provide directly

• Name, phone number, and email address
• Profile photo
• Lead and client information — names, phone numbers, notes, property interests
• Voice recordings you create within the app
• Notes, reminders, and activity logs you create

Data collected automatically

• Device type and operating system
• IP address — recorded at account creation and each terms acceptance, for legal compliance
• App usage events for product improvement (anonymised)
• Firebase push notification tokens

Data we do NOT collect

• Payment card details — handled entirely by Dodo Payments
• Device contacts, camera, or microphone data except when you explicitly use those features within the app

3. Why We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Provide and operate the Propzo service
• Send reminders, meetings, and push notifications you have configured
• Generate AI features including transcriptions, summaries, and suggestions
• Send OTP verification codes
• Respond to support requests
• Enforce subscription limits and billing
• Maintain legal records of consent

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Supabase PostgreSQL databases (encrypted at rest) and Cloudflare R2 object storage. All connections use TLS encryption. Access is protected by JWT authentication and role-based controls.

Files and voice notes are stored privately and accessible only through your authenticated account. We do not share your individual lead or client data with other Propzo users.

Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we permanently delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.

6. Cross-Border Data Transfers

We are an India-registered company. Your data may be processed in India, the United States (Anthropic, OpenAI, Firebase), and the European Union (Supabase). By using Propzo, you consent to this cross-border transfer.

Each provider listed in Section 4 operates under appropriate data protection standards for their jurisdiction.

To exercise any right, contact us at support@propzo.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

8. UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL)

If you are based in the UAE, you have additional rights under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL). These include the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, as well as the right to know how your data is being used.

9. Children

Propzo is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, contact us immediately at support@propzo.ai and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

Material changes — including new third-party data processors or new uses of your data — will be notified in-app and require your re-acceptance before they take effect.

Minor changes such as clarifications or updated contact details may be made without prior notification.
